Offline dictionaries is an application to download foreign language dictionary files to your Android device. The program supports many different languages and can be used with any kind of Android device, even without a network connection. It is designed to save battery and data, therefore, the program works offline and does not require a network connection.
When you first open the application, you will be presented with the list of supported languages. Select the language you want to download and the program will start downloading the dictionary file. You can perform searches, with the option to use wildcards.
After you have selected a dictionary file, you will be presented with the definition of the word. You can also add your own definitions and notes.
